Immediate Assistants personnel have been involved in providing medical services to remote mining sites for more than 20 years throughout Australia, New Zealand and more than thirty countries internationally.

Their duties have included staffing medical facilities, being active members of the onsite Emergency Response Teams, responding to both onsite and offsite incidents in 4 x 4 ambulances, crewing evacuation helicopters and rescue vessels.
