The 24 hour Immediate Assistance Access Line delivers a layered medical support model for mobile teams as well as site medical teams.

This delivers full medical management and support, thereby ensuring the highest level of effective medical response is afforded to your workforce.

The interface with our Physicians is formalised via reporting protocols and periodically agreed and updated between ourselves and the client.

A phone consultation is the start of the information process aimed to provide continuous care, advice and support to your workers.

This service, as required, can also arrange and coordinate the emergency medical evacuation from the place of accident or illness to the nearest, most appropriate medical facility by any appropriate means of air or surface transportation.

Medical escorts and mobile emergency medical equipment are available at clients’ request, thus providing an overarching framework for a managed medical care solution available wherever Immediate Assistants provides support.
